ALABAMA COASTAL CHARTERS
Alabama Coastal Charters offers 4 hour, 6 hour and 8 hour fishing charters that depart from the beautiful SanRocCay Marina in Orange Beach, Alabama. We chose to fish at this marina because it is located in the heart of one of the best fisheries in the world. The marina is uniquely located next to the Perdido Pass and is less than 1/8 mile from the Gulf of Mexico.
The bay system in and around Orange Beach, Alabama has one of the most diverse echo systems in the world and is loaded with shrimp, crab, squid, and numerous varieties of bait fish. The wide variety of bait and fishing habitat locations makes this a great place to fish. We often fish over man made pyramid and pancake reefs, oyster beds, wrecks, bridge rubble, jetties, bridges, and underwater terrain changes. Between the near shore waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the bay system in and around Orange Beach, Alabama you will have the opportunity to fish many different types of fish habitat.
At Alabama Coastal Charters, we are aware there are other fishing options available to you. We are not offering just a fishing trip. We are offering an affordable personalized charter that will be remembered by you, your family, and friends for a lifetime. This area has so much more to offer than just fishing. We often fish around some of the State of Alabama's most beautiful and photographed landmarks.
We customize our inshore and near shore charters around the species that you would like to catch when in season. Our inshore trips may target Red Fish, Bull Red Fish, Speckled Trout, White Trout, Triple Tail, Black Snapper, Black Drum, or Flounder. Our near shore trips may target Red Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack, Vermilion Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Cobia, Tarpon, Bull Red Fish, Blue Fish and Sharks.
We understand that the skill level of the angler varies greatly and we will work with each angler to achieve the most enjoyable fishing experience possible. We can arrange for the most basic fishing experience (kids or those new to fishing) all the way to providing finesse fishing trips for more experienced anglers.
The primary boat used is a 24 foot Panga that fishes 4 people. If you have a larger group we can make arrangements to fish from two boats. The maximum people on two boats will be 10 people. When we fish two boats we attempt to keep the parties fishing together in the same general area.
